Look above at yellow Highlighted 2014 Financial Higlights...
Huge Net Loss with an accumulated Deficit of 109 Million Dollars ! And they want to dilute the stock by another 15 million dollar offering to pay a dividend on a stock share that has a negative value ? I don't get it ? You see, when a company pays a dividend, they are giving back the shareholder a portion of the "Earnings per Share." How can you give shareholders back something that is not there? It doesn't make sense... To borrow or sell shares of CBIS in a 15 million dollar stock offering to give shareholders a dividend is just....
