In speaking with some friends, we think that at the September 9th meeting, Judge Casper says "I have ruled via the Markman on all these infringements and this case has been in the courts for almost 4 years. I would urge you to settle these matters because a trial might not go well for ACTI." Because of the length of time, we also think she will set an early trial date rather than a later one depending of course on her docket. JMHO
