I think that is why Simeon was disappointed with Ed. The way I understand the way Ed writes his contracts, they get their payment for what they did from the 1st returns and it is a percentage. So Simeon signed that contract, excepted the deal and then was very disappointed on what Ed delivered. Very much like us who gambled and got stuck.

Bad for everybody except Ed...in the long run he is only hurting himself and the company he says he's so proud of building because his reputation is now preceding him. IMHO, every day he is making it more and more difficult for us all, including himself to see any future returns.
