That cash funneled to green frog fund seems more like a way to funnel excess cash out of Hop-ON. When there are no payment terms at loan closing, this raises the scam alert level to very high.
Hop-On investors should be most concerned and should ask the CEO if any of the cash from Hop-On went into Peter's or Richard Weed's pockets. Richard is in more that a little trouble, and the investigation.
