... What we have here...is a failure to communicate the TRUTH!

The REVO directors have admitted that their past statements and accounts have been unreliable.

Bearing that in mind, it is possible the patents have generated revenues that the REVO directors have failed to communicate truthfully. Maybe by hiding behind an NDA?

It is hard to see a valid reason why REVO directors, faced with accusations of dishonesty and fraud, would not defend themselves by releasing information to prove that they are generating revenues from their patents.

But it is easy to see why REVO directors, faced with accusations of dishonesty and fraud, would hide behind an NDA.

Do you have a theory on this?
