sonic, this is perhaps the worst ROI I have ever heard of ... the list of executives at IDCC that have had their hands in this mess bare the responsibility. I have repeatedly convinced myself that these people would know better than anyone which patents have been infringed, thereby choosing which ones to defend through all the various legal processes. I am now convinced that I placed far too much faith in their abilities. Granted, there are corporations that have made a living off of other companies IP and our legal system chooses to allow it to continue to happen, but our exec's chose the patents, chose the venues of where to defend them, chose the attorneys to represent them and continue to squander millions in the process. It is time for a change in management and direction or the company needs to be sold. I have only been in IDCC since 1996, so I don't have as many scars as many on this board, but this ship needs a new captain ... all is just my humble opinion.
