I had also brought it to their attention via "Ask Management". They replied something I forget now. It was along the lines of we protect our IP vigorously and when I revisited the site it was gone.

Could be a simple as no deal w/o the RS being at least approved, even if doesn't need to be done? I suspect the terms would be different if Cowen & Co. were handling a sub-$1 stock vs a $4, $5, ... stock. Probably a different strategy would be employed.
