Hahahahah here in California there are no ethics in RE. If you want to call out an agent for flagrant violations of the disclosure laws you complain to the board of Realtor's, a bunch of real estate agents.....your complaint goes unnoticed. Ethics.... give me a break, you're better off trusting a penny CEO.
