Yes I thought there was oil in the JDZ but I wasn't foolish enough to believe there was 14 billion bbls or whatever some were saying. Many still don't understand that unrisked resource numbers are pie in the sky numbers that are seldom attained. Seems like the same mistake is happening in Kenya, in Chad and in the EEZ.
