HMMM a MOTION BEING DISMISSED IS NOT A CASE BEING DISMISSED.....

You do know that's a motion being dismissed and not the case? RIGHT?? Also PNTV didn't lose they won the right to DISMISS these claims brought fourth by COMCAST against them...this and more like (who's making things up vs those that know facts) all can know if they had/have a pacer account and read the docket.

Not a personal attack I'm surprised you don't have one as much time as you have invested on PNTV one would want to be accurate IMHO if they were trying to "help" others and not mislead them. IMO and not a personal attack. When people take the time to do DD they know real from fake.
