Yes they would. But it is cheaper for Greenline to pay them separately from the shareholder's sum, than to lump everyone into one group. Pay them the same amount in part of the agreement and the other part concerning common shares, they would reduce the price. It would be a lot easier to negotiate when the stock is at $0.0001, or similar. And like Zimbler cares what we would get per share anyways.

Like I state in my last post IMO (in my opinion), which I am applying to all of this. I would love if something positive came out of this, I have about 10k riding on this %itch, thought something would multiple times. The more and more I read their last PR and look at the past of individuals involved. It looks very bleak indeed. But you never know. GLTA
