While turning $50,000 into $200,000 would be an incredible gain, I'd hardly call it making someone very wealthy even if such a miraculous move would occur. It would buy a Tesla or a mid-scale condo in Florida, but regardless how the lipstick is applied, a kaboom defined as reaching a penny isn't going to make anyone "very wealthy" nor will it make .0038 the buy of a lifetime.
