Hopefully you read the entire post on the motovox Facebook page:

"Now, on to the exciting news. The SmartCarb and SonicFlow Engine portions of APT/Motovox Group’s business will spin off as a separate, standalone enterprise and I will be leading that new company. The new company is called Technology Elevated Corp.
The new enterprise will be independent of APT and will free up the R&D and carburetor division to focus 100% on the SmartCarb and SonicFlow engine lines, placing top priority on SmartCarb development and production. We will now begin to focus on SmartCarb development and sales without interference from or attention to other product lines. It is important that these collaborative actions are understood as being wholly beneficial to APT Motovox Group, its investors and shareholders and clearly conveys the benefits of "primary focus" and "priority" which can now be extended to SmartCarb Production, and also to Motoped/Motovox Production by freeing up resources currently used to support R&D and the carburetor division."

Corey isn't going any where, if anything he will be working with the spin off of the company that existing MTVX share holders will benefit from. He's not running off with the sonic flow engine and the smart carb as many accidentally or intentionally misinterpret...he will be the CEO of the company that MTVX share holders directly benefit from. This is great news. No fault to Fubar but his birdies certainly are not a credible source of accurate info, considering this recent post by Corey himself. No business with financial problems with an imminent BK could afford to finance a spin off if those facts were true...not to mention the article in the military defense magazine showing the special ops division of the militaries interest in the survival motoped.
