To answer your earlier question, I agree with Janice and Renee. FINRA will continue the U3 halt for all eternity. This stock will never trade again.

The stock was used as a device and means for an entity to perpetrate an elaborate scam. The government will not allow it to trade again for them to further the scheme. Even if that means shareholders have to take losses.
