It is not speculation. It is a well known fact Blackburn is in charge of TECO. Any rebuttal from TECO is not and has never been reliable. Tesarski's association with Blackburn goes way back and there is documented proof in court records that prove it. Trymerica is just another one of the two crooks schemes to defraud more shareholders.
