1. Cheaper to get a "dismissal" up front.
2. If the opposing party has no 'jurisdiction' ---
"standing" --- to proceed, why give it to him/her?!
3. So!: It's NOT a question of arguing "the merits"
at this point --- it's a question of "proceedure"!
