!!NEWS FROM ANDY!!-I have been e-mailing Andy these last few days to get an update on DOMK- Andy just called me from London to stress that all is GOOD-His words- DoMark is NOT apart of MOBO the deal never went through . MOBO kept Andy frustrated waiting on full payment and not being able to create a solid business plan. That is all over now and Andy and Thomas have worked diligently to bring DoMark completely up to date and feel that the Reverse Split will be of the highest potential strategic move to set DoMark in a position of credibility for investors . He stated that DoMark has gone from $4 million in debt down to $500,000 , a considerable drop in debt . They are paid up completely for the following year. This time allows DoMark to STRUCTURE itself for many opportunities.
A plan for a Press Release will be in due time. He apologizes for the absence of contact but, he assures us that he has worked steadily with a solid group now to bring DoMark up to date and will continue to make his company a success for all shareholders.
The time frame for this I gathered would be within 2 months or possibly sooner. He sounded very positive about the future and my thoughts are that if he was performing any malicious act "Why would he call to talk to me about the company" , I give him credit and believe if we weather through the next few months we LONG POSITION SHAREHOLDERS will see a success and a reason why we stuck it out for so long.
