Its a new type of ceramic that's a bit pricier but is much more resistant to thermal shock and should help reduce complaints about their ceramic pieces breaking quickly. I personally chalk most of these complaints up to user error cause pot heads are not the brightest bunch and don't know how to heat the ceramic properly. Nevertheless, this new ceramic should hopefully help win some people over from quartz and Titanium that were previously worried about using ceramic.

The only bad thing I see about this new ceramic is its black. I don't know if that was by choice or not. The issue with it being black is that a lot of people when heating the white ceramic pieces look for a slight color change (white to red) to know when they are at the correct temperature. This could be problematic with this new color.

The second issue I see is that lots of ppl take "melt shots" which are pic/vids of their concentrate melting on their nail. Don't ask my why this is a thing but it is. Anyhow, I'd assume they wouldn't look as good with a black nail.

Lastly, the white ceramic always looks really and makes the glass piece its on pop. I haven't seen this nail showcased on any glass pieces yet but I'd assume it doesn't have the same curb appeal.
