Chesapeake will likely continue to struggle, and as energy prices continue to fall the stock will probably follow.

The balance sheet could get much worse if oil and gas prices remain at their current low levels in the coming months.

But the cash flow situation, while troubling, isn't something that will put the company in jeopardy for now.

Nonetheless, falling energy prices and an increase in short interest are likely to keep the stock down.
