RK, I absolutely agree with your read on it, and I mentioned that yesterday or the day before as well. They would be setting themselves up for one hell of a lawsuit if they issue a press release saying that it is potentially good news worthy and they knew there was a risk of it being bad news. Whether is ultimately becomes good news remains to be seen at some point, but I'm pretty sure it is not bad news based on the wording of that release.
