There are a lot of lawsuits out there SD is dealing with. Landowners have filed suit over shady contracts that SD worked into the leases that force the landowner to pay for workover costs when they never normally do or should have to. Its worded so that the average person not in oil and gas would pass over it.

That gas plant facility in TX is a major boondoggle. The debt is massive, and the promotion has finally come to an end.

Some win the game. Some dont. A good company would be EOG.
