Hey Joe or Kevin,
Why not tell us when you're raising the authorized share count? We know it will have to be done as there are not enough shares left as is to cover debt coming due in Sept.

It's not like it's a secret or anything, we're all aware

Just don't know if it will go to 4 or 5 billion
