I cannot put a time on it, but I suspect UBRG will be suspended for failure to file rather than filing lies.
Suspension for failure to file could take another year, or two, of consistent non-filing.
In the meantime the SEC is unlikely to act, on the basis that this stock is a dead stock walking, and there's little to protect investors from.
BUT: I expect the SEC to move in quickly if Solomon cops a plea for activities that took place at his other operation.
And: I expect the SEC to move in quickly if Solomon tries to revive this operation, now that his other stock can't raise money.
Frankly the OTCC Board should act, now, without waiting for an SEC suspension.
I realise that this is a pessimistic view for those hoping to escape UBRG losses on the back of one last hurrah. But this reflects a prediction that's been a long time coming.
