Series G is the poison pill. Conversion rate raised no doubt to accommodate the increase in the outstanding. Series G has not been touched.
I'm not being an apologist for management but St Louis is not "stealing shares" if he's not converting and there is no conversion planned for Series G at this time. As such, series G is a strike against the fully diluted but nothing more at this time.
Series H has issued 350K shares and some of those have been converted first quarter. None in the second quarter that I saw.

I just don't get why it's become necessary to exaggerate the extent of the dilution here. It's spelled out pretty plainly.
