It's one of those things we can take as a fluke, or a fugazi, but either way; since this is all Monopoly Money in the first place, it's whatever the SEC wants to direct it to be. It's like slot machines the casino's are forced to show a few wins on in front of the gaming commission inspectors. Eventually they have to pick a soldier or airmen from the KP tent, slap a Medal of Honor on him, and send him home to sell war bonds.
