You should ask that question to ZTambis or The Laser Guy as they are the guys (among others) that have done the homework and thus far have done every shareholder of Exobox right in my opinion. In a nut shell management fashioned a "merger" deal and sprung said deal on the shareholders. All seemed well until those two, and maybe others, started asking hard questions that were given lame to non answers. A civil suit was filed by shareholders to halt said deal, which was successful, and in return management filed a Federal suit on its shareholders, go figure. As for future prospects of this stock, it depends on who mounts the best court case, should we prevail, the top of the mountain is shrouded in clouds, but, we are a group that works well together, want only the best for all involved, and are a bit on the stubborn side.
