You have to remember

The math on cups needed to be sold per hour to make money is wrong Bro. The bike cafes are capable of making many different drinks and some with much higher profit margins. Also you can sell snacks and bagged or real cups right from the cafe.

You have to remember that I'm replying to the blog post that is talking about how much JAMN will make from the Bike Cafes - it doesn't matter if the owner sells snacks and other items from the bike since JAMN won't see any of that movie (aside from RealCups that the owner could sell).

Its great that Jamn does not own the cafes in South Korea! Who wants that risk?

Well that's where all the money is - JAMN is getting a fraction of the money that is going for those cafes.

Then down the road if they prove to be successful Jamn can open some for themselves.

1) Who wants that risk?

2) They can't since the license agreement prohibits it

As for Black Rock Beverage, never was crazy about the idea or Jamn owning them.

Neither was I, but Toevs said that he was going to create a whole national business based on their model.

All that said Jamn is doing very well

They're not doing well. Sales are flat; they've only had 2 quarters in the last year that were more than the $2.5 million they did in Q3 almost 2 years ago now. They did $9 milliion in sales last year and they'll only do about $12 million in sales for this year. Growth has slowed!
