KERR MINES ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CFO

Andres Tinajero has tendered his resignation as chief financial officer of Kerr Mines Inc. Kerr has initiated a search for Mr. Tinajero's successor and will be announced in due course. Until such time as a new chief financial officer is appointed, Kerr has sufficient personnel to efficiently operate the financial affairs of the company.

Management and the board of directors would like to thank Mr. Tinajero for his contributions to the company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
