My mind races.......

with images of the court and SFRX busting a gut over both the informality of the defendant's response and the lack of a legal foundation.

I wonder how the defendant has certainty of the claims he alleges while fully admitting (in writing to the court, no less) that he lacks proof in support of such allegations.

go to the issue of liability. The statements I posted were absolutely true. However, I need the Cleartrust documents to prove the truth of my posts.

Most amusing, to say the least.

It would seem that the defendant knowingly posted assertions of wrong doing while also knowingly lacking proof for such posted assertions.

Seems like a rather precarious path to undertake.
