Yeah since black teens commit waaay more violent crimes than white teens and are more likely to be repeat offenders, they go to prison more.

You can try to deny the hugely disproportionate amount of violence black teens perpetrate, but the numbers don't lie.

Its not the polce's fault that black teens commit so much violent crime. I think we both know who's really to blame. And once you admit it, then maybe something will be done about it.
