You are right anybody can copy their concept and/or improve on CAFS ideas. The big issue is patents. CAFS has a strong board of members they have assembled. Although I have no idea if they did patent any of their concepts I would strongly believe they have done so. You can't just steal an idea. If they did open a few flagship stores and had success this is why companies like big tobacco or the like would buy them early to keep the purchase price down. Remember this is the early stages of the mj legalization process. In the coming years we are looking at close to 10 states that will be legal. Most companies will fail but their will be a few that succeed. Hopefully us early adopters will buy into the right company. No risk no reward.
