Why dont you open your eyes and see that the .02 was for a lousy 5000 shares. It is more likely that one of your long-suffering shareholders simply decided to get out at any cost. The proceeds of that sale was $100...hardly "manipulation" or "criminal".
You have been an excuser for this company for a long time, and obviously have an inside run. So perhaps you can advise when the next 10Q will be lodged.
