There is no law against lying except in court matters. All else becomes a case of "hearsay" and cannot be litigated.

When it comes to OTC and pinks, you won't be hearing of retaliatory actions taken by disgruntled groups of dissatisfied share holders. The main reason for this lies in the fact that there is simply not enough money involved for legal people to come out whole and enriched. As an example, today there was not a single share traded in FDMF. That speaks to there being absolutely no demand for this company's shares.

Also, I might add that I sold off when BK was (in my mind) going berserk. Shortly thereafter he advised everyone to load up on millions of shares. I found that ludicrously naïve on the parts of some on this board. I'd never seen such flagrant disregard for investors.

He was so bold, I think that accounts for the disbelief generated by formerly loyal followers. And I can well understand it, frankly, for he went so far beyond anything I'd seen over the years.

A voice in my brain is recognizing that everyone here was foolishly naïve. But it doesn't stop there for my experiences are much more extensive than that of many others (but not all, of course)yet I, too, got suckered in.

BK is good at this. He knows how to play people for suckers and he apparently delights in doing it. In my mind he is as low as they get. On the other hand, the reason we got duped is because we don't have bad bones in ourselves like he does in his. I'm glad. And this is why we couldn't anticipate his moves or lack thereof.

These are my opinions only, and I'm appreciative of the opportunity to speak out here.
