You are 100% right. But until someone turns him in - he keeps on chugging. however with NO $$$$ to spend we won't see or hear from him for a long time, if ever again. Want him to go away a couple of shareholders are going to have to get together and go to the SEC or maybe the FBI or DOJ. This is not stock manipulation or scam it is downright theft and fraud. But stockholders sitting on the sidelines just let guys like this keep on functioning.
