Just got a look at the second quarter and first 6 months financials.
They paid 16 + times a proforma number for the Arkansas disposal wells.
The wells won't make anything. Only 4 drilling rigs running in Arkansas.
Also they awarded themselves (Board and Two Officers) 3,000,000 shares when 7,090,527 shares outstanding. That is an arbitrary 42.3% dilution.
