Have emailed to Dan this sunday... to know the real picture for DGRI... and he answered me... so I this is Dan answer... So it seems that we are dead.

This company hadn't had a Penney of investment this year. There is debt owed to Asher Enterprises who crushed the stock March making it impossible to raise more funding. What could YOU do with that scenario ?
