I have now come to a positive conclusion in regards to how John Bourque, since his return on February of this year to active status at Bourque Industries , has decided to only communicate with the shareholders in the most limited manner to discloses no detailed information of activity at Bourque Industries during the two years he was unavailable, and especially from February of this year.

The totality of officially made public information, is as follows:

OTC Disclosure & News Service
Company Redirection and Reorganization
Jun 15, 2015
- relocation to Phoenix, AZ
- acquisition of an office/lab complex
- 4 new [Kryron] patents [submitted] over the past year
- Kryron research and development is active for business opportunities

Its clear that activity at Bourque Industries has focus to make this company a success, thereby the officers are working to protect shareholder value in currently held BORKs.

To then ask: "If positive progress has already been made to advance Kryron towards a market presents, that would lead to sales and revenue, then why has John Bourque decided not to make public that information and allow BORK's pps to decline downwards towards the 52 week low of $0.0013 on no news?

For those who have visited the office/lab complex, or had (as I have) direct discussions with one or more officers at Bourque Industries, a conclusion based not on obtaining details of activity unavailable to the public, but only on a general tone of those working at Bourque Industries having a very optimistic frame of expectation has delivered a conclusion of positive speculation for the near term, as in months, for a significant raise in BORK's pps such that buying BORKs now (as I have recently 100,000 @$0.01 + 50,000 @$0.008) can be described as: "... worth [a] consideration." - MerthyrQ on July 29, 2015

The "other side of the coin" for those that only heard of contacts made with Bourque Industries, in a nut-shell expressed quite well by Mike "... anyone investing in this based on the rumors circulating should talk to me or others first about what occurred in 2011."

Now for my "I have now come to a positive conclusion" in regards to how John Bourque has allowed BORK's pps to collapse on no news rather than give out what some have observed as outward positive attitudes by company officers that surely if detailed in news releases by Bourque Industries would have pushed (pumped?) BORK's pps upwards over that Rock's $0.02 in stark contrast to what now appears to be destined for a doom & gloom destiny attributed to a failed company.

ok,
Its thought as required that Bourque Industries needed to acquire a decent amount of cash for the acquisition of an office/lab complex with workers, material, and equipment to be where they are today. Its also expected that in exchange for these assets that the providers most likely have accepted shares in Bourque Industries. A focus on the current employees has me to suggest that their paychecks in cash are low and augmented with amounts of "shares for services" based on the current BORK pps value at time of pay calculation.

... now,

Here I see a "method to the madness" to keep BORK's pps low rather than an available high using released positive news.

.... for,

Its to keep Bourque Industries employees mood into the most positive, as that will keep morals very high and productivity in a healthy state.

.... which,

Is needed for the workers of this start up company having a poor past record and a future unknown until sales are, or not, obtained.

Ask yourself... would you work for Bourque Industries at a "shares for services" paycheck?

For each one dollar of paycheck its more attractive (gamble) if that one dollar is calculated in BORKs at a pps of sub penny rather than multiple pennies when and if Bourque Industries becomes successful as the return in pay can be ten time or greater in magnitude if BORK's pps remains collapsed as it appears to be designed to be these past six months since John Bourque returned.

Mike's in a nutshell result trying to look inside this company
