I don't believe they stop you from buying that is why our bid has been stacking up last couple of days. I think it is more or less a warning that they are behind in their filings and to show you the risk associated. But the mounting bid is a good sign I think!

I give my opinions and assumptions based on what I see. Take it however you wish and use the information how you choose. Remember, living life the same way in a 9-5 mindset will keep you living life in that same way... NO RISK = NO REWARD!
