I googled him, looks like he has a 6.7/10 rating on one site (which is not the best but I would still use him as a lawyer) and has been a lawyer since 1983, hmm, if he is a fraud he is a good one as he hasn't been disbared or imprisoned yet.

Wow, Day is a business corporate lawyer at that even which makes me feel even more comfortable knowing that he knows his way around the business world, perhaps he's not as dumb as people think he is.

He is 53 and has been a lawyer over 30 years.

Look at the comment he made on the 2nd link, he waited until the patents were issued before making major changes to the app, sounds like a smart man to me, hide your cards until you are ready to play, now he has 2 patents and was able to show his hand without anyone beating him to the market with his ideas.

I'm not calling you or anyone else a lier, but these are the top links I found when I googled his name and they are all from reputable sites, can you or anyone else please provide reputable information stating that he is a fraud? (Please make sure you have the correct Day and that it isn't just a single source of someone upset with him because their risky investments didn't pay off.)

It's actually kind of funny, until some people started calling Day a fraud I never thought to google him but now that I have I'm a little bit more at ease about investing in this company.
