Not necessarily. Once they r/s smaller float then shorts will take up positions to drive it down THEN news and the lender will drop a few million on the ASK. I am trying to remember the stock biotechnology stock two years ago that that r/s I think it was an Israeli stock.
They r/s at $0.07 to $1.75. Traded down to $1.23 by the shorts. 630pm news came out. It opened at $8.50 then went $24. the Mgt is totally capable of this.

No Idea can succeed except at the expense of endurance; having a hand in easing the suffering of millions is worth the pain of not knowing if we were right all along or just dreamers of a world where friends and family suffer no more.
