First; she will argue that the intellectual rights are solely hers through survivorship. Some of the patents were in Jim’s name. I would argue that Patents, if developed during tenure as CEO of AFT, belong to the Company and therefore, the Shareholders.

The counter to that would be that Jim was owed salary and this is recoupment. The counter to that is that having made no effort to recoup during his lifetime by not laying claim to any monetary value. (One can not sit on one’s rights), he 1.) waived the right to any claim, or, 2.) Did not intend to make claims.

As for,”…Being pissed does not a penny make….” Being pissed and taking action rather than being “disappointed” and hoping for something good to happen can make a lot of pennies.

I am working on two separate issues. 1.) Save the Stockholders, and 2.) make her life miserable until the day she dies. (I’m a Gemini…I can do that) These are two separate and distinct actions wink.
