You are correct, they will dilute current shareholders.
They did the RS to reduce current Authorized share so they can increase it again to issue more shares. That is the name of the game.

I have been through THREE RS in the last year or so
and many more during my investment life.


One company, IVAN, did it twice before going BK.

OCAT did it last Aug, just issued more shares and the pps is currently way below the Pre RS price.

STWS did it last Nov and is now below RS pps.

I only remember one company that I owned that a RS worked.
