Thanks. Inasmuch as Adage is already a Form-4 filer for ADXS due to its >10% equity stake (http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1100397/000090266415002360/xslF345X03/p15-1218form4.xml ), I’m surprised that FTC approval was required for Adage to add to its position.

Moreover, Form 4 must be filed within two business days, so Adage has not added to its ADXS position during August unless it happened this week.
