A movie by POW! Entertainment characters and not Marvel characters. POW! doesn't make money off of the characters based on Marvel characters. It makes money on new characters that Stan Lee created since leaving Marvel (and Stan Lee Media).

The company has been profitable for the last three quarters, but, almost no one cares. Stan Lee and Gill Champion have done a poor job promoting the company. They practically stopped doing large announcements at the large San Diego Comic Con (which has international media coverage) in order to promote the small Stan Lee Comikaze Expo (which struggles to get local media coverage).
POW! needs to do something that can get national media coverage with expectation that it will generate significant revenue for the company. The TV show "Lucky Man" could be that, but Stan has not talked about it and its news doesn't appear on POW!'s website. Stan said he was working on a "motion picture" (could be a big deal), but failed to mention anything specific, that anyone (even shareholders) would care about, so no one cares.

To answer your question. The company (POW! Entertainment) needs big media coverage, not big media coverage of Stan Lee. Coverage that include specifics about the projects that are in the works and the revenue they will bring to the company.
