I've read the casting rules for SharkTank but cannot tell one way or the other if publicly traded companies can apply for SharkTank or not based on the writings. I don't know if I've seen one on the show.

I agree with you that we need something of true sustained substance to move us forward. Some may say that people on the board who want to see ROI are naysayers for saying something not supportive of the company. I do not support that belief. Everyone wants to see improvement and everyone wants to support improvement but first the company has to show that it has indeed "improved" and that improvement is lasting, thus ROI.

Once that happens, things will fly high with everyone's support. That hasn't happened as of yet. In the future I guess anything is possible. ;)
