With APS and several other of the penny stock pumping newsletters being shutdown - these share selling schemes have been forced to produce a product.

We are seeing more scams with products - but there are always holes in their pumping press releases.

THCZ has Shuman and Drnec but oddly they can't line up a major distributor - they are using newly created companies - friend and relatives of Grisaffi as distributors.

Many penny scams have "actual products," it's nothing special or unusual. It's called "bait" in the business.

What they DON'T have is audited financials - just as not ONE of Jerry's several previous scams had them, despite Jerry's promises. This one will be no different.

Grisaffi has promised audited financials for this shell for many years - and still nothing.
