So AEGY doesn't own Pharmajanes

That's what I thought, too, especially since it appeares that PJ was never paid for.

Pretty sleazy, especially since the company that AEGY was supposedly going to buy PJ AND SIMPLE PRE-PAY FROM IS NOW THE ACTUUAL CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER OF AEGY.

AEGY has never had even 1 penny of sales/revenue ever.
