hock; As I previously posted the notes issued in 2011 had a provision that called for a revision of the conversion price if a dividend “other than a regular quarterly cash dividend that does not exceed $0.10 per share” is declared. This did not stop the board from declaring a special dividend and increasing the regular dividend to $0.20 per share

I have not seen the terms of the new 2015 note. I assume there is a similar provision, with a $0.20 per share dividend threshold amount.
