It will never be dismissed. Too many witnesses and too much evidence.



What ? Never say never. It's not how many witnesses, but what they can withstand on the witness stand.

How may many cases does the SEC lose ? 70 % ? Seems like them witnesses weren't much help

Treaty and Bkackburn are a fraud looking to be sentenced.
