Mr. McIntosh has over 40 years of extensive experience working as a business analyst and consultant for a variety of private and public corporations. He developed a series of unique diagnostic tools for businesses to identify the operational areas that could be improved so as to reduce costs and improve efficiency. McIntosh also has a strong background in strategic consulting, acquisitions and mergers and Corporate turn a rounds with private and public companies. He is president and chief executive of ICBS Limited, a public U.S. Company. He also sits on the Board of Directors of several corporations.

Neji Jedda, Director
Mr. Jedda is currently with the Federal Development Bank of Canada. He was formerly with the Toronto Dominion Bank of Canada, and is a graduate of the University of Montreal.

Mr. Carl Caumartin, Geologist, Director
Mr. Caumartin has the position of Technical Director.

A mining executive and consultant with over 25 years international experience in the industry. Extensive background in exploration, project management, feasibility studies and operations - open pit and underground. A team leader used to interact with multidisciplinary staff, contractors and consultants as well as with directors, analysts and officials at all levels. A hands-on results oriented engineer with a wide range of technical, financial and management skills, having completed a MBA to broaden expertise in finance and operational research.
